With growth we see change and that is what we are seeing as Dignified Disability Care grows. In the past two months alone we have interviewed over 40 candidates and from that we have hired 15 new support workers with more interviews this month already booked.
With this growth Justine, Senior Support Manager is excited to announce an expansion in the Support Management Team. Rebecca Bruce has accepted the offer of Support Manager. Rebecca has been working with DDC since November 2023 and was a fantastic support worker and comes into this role with a solid and proactive skill set. Rebbeca has been working in the sector for 13 yrs and has met many different personalities each providing her with a range of experiences.
In Rebecca’s spare time she loves to catch up with friends and family, especially with her daughter. Rebecca loves paddle boarding in the summer and waking all year round. We look forward to working with you in your position, Rebbeca!
